RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds for any of our products unless they are faulty on receipt.
Please rest assured that maintaining the high quality of our products is so important to us that we are confident you will be happy with your purchases. We never send anything out unless we are completely happy with it. In particular, for made to order products, we work closely with you to make sure we bring your vision to life and we send lots of photos prior to dispatch to ensure you are happy with our work.
In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your order, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve these.
